Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We typically process orders within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has been shipped out, along with a tracking number. We generally use USPS (United States Postal Service) as the main carrier. Once your order has been shipped out, depending on the shipping method and if you live in the U.S. or Puerto Rico, please allow 3 to 7 days to receive your order. Some items may take longer to arrive. 

We are not held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled packages and for delays in shipping caused by United States Postal Services. Any claim must be filed directly with USPS.

Please be advised that due to Holiday season, shipments may take longer than usual.
